Here's the Top Ten Rules for Cellphone Use
1. Don't Text and Drive
2. put the phone away at the dinner table
3. Don't Use Your Phone in the Checkout Line!
4. Turn off phone in church, movie theatre or any public event
5. Use Your NORMAL or Quiet Voice When in Public!
6. Watch Your Language when others can be listening
7. Only use speakerphone when necessary
8. Don't Text When talking in person with anyone
9. Limit your phone use in the bathroom, please
10. Try to Answer the phone within 3 rings
