SUNDAY EVENT AT LAKE: The Mosquito Lake Dog Park Friends will hold its annual Howl-O-Ween event noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at the pavilion by the beach area at Mosquito Lake State Park, Bazetta. There will be a dog costume contest with five categories and other dog-friendly games. The event will include vendors, a Chinese auction and door prizes.
Registration is noon to 1 p.m with the contest at 1 p.m.
