Exercise isn't essential to losing weight!

I have struggled all of my adult life with weight gain. I split my time between trying desperately to stay on the band wagon and checking pinterest for the latest "quick fixes".  In all truth though, it's my lack of commitment. I have bad days just like everyone and console myself with a ice cream. If I have a great day, I want to go out to dinner and celebrate with a couple glasses of wine.  I, falsely, think that because i regular take walks with the dog and hit the weights a couple times a week i can slack off in the food department. MAN WAS I WRONG!!
