In the battle of the Kylies, it looks like Kylie Minogue has won. The Australian singer has been battling Kylie Jenner over their shared first name since 2014 but now the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has rejected Jenner’s attempt to trademark the moniker.
Oh, and in legal papers, Minogue describes herself as an “internationally renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist known worldwide simply as 'Kylie,'” while Jenner is “a secondary reality television personality." Ouch.
The win might be temporary, though. Jenner is reportedly already planning on filing an appeal.
