#GoodNews: Act Of Kindness Treats El Paso Coffee Drinkers To A Free Cup

People coming to get their caffeine fix at the Coffee Box in Downtown El Paso, Texas were treated to a free cup on Monday.

It seems a kind stranger from Pittsburgh paid for a full day’s worth of coffee at the cafe as a way to do something nice in the wake of the mass shooting there in August.

The anonymous donor wrote a note to the coffee drinkers explaining they stand in solidarity with El Pasoans, a year after the shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue.

The letter reads, “I am hoping this small act connects us in a different way and provides a small respite from the grieving still going on in all of our cities.”
