Christinia Gargas with the American Red Cross spoke with Mix 989s Gary Rivers, while a guest on the Mix Morning Show Friday morning, to share the results of their month-long blood drive campaign. Christinia was happy to report that the area chapter collected over 1,400 units of blood during the month and that each donation could potential help three individuals. Over 4,200 lives could be affected by the generous donation of blood from Mix 989 listeners and other people across the Valley who donated.
