Adele has lost about 14 pounds since splitting from partner Simon Konecki and now we know a little more about how she did it.
“She does 60-minute sessions that include cardio, circuit training and Pilates,” a source tells “Us Weekly,” adding she works out about three times a week. “She’s found a routine that’s working for her and is enjoying it more.”
And Adele embarked on her healthy routine for reasons other than just vanity. “She really wants to be healthy and set a good example for her son,” the insider shares. “She’s more focused on feeling good and the health benefits than the weight loss.”
