Most important meal?

We've heard it a million times, don't skip breakfast, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A new study confirms it's true, especially if you want to lose weight! Part of the thinking is that if you fill up in the morning, you'll be less likely to snack during the day. The study from Loma Linda University also found benefits from eating only two meals a day.
