Buffalo Bills wide receiver Amari Cooper is reportedly expected to be ruled out for the second consecutive week, a source with knowledge of the situation confirmed to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport hours before the Bills' Week 10 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

"Once again, #Bills WR Amari Cooper is out today against the #Colts, source said. He’s been dealing with a wrist injury and missed last week, as well," Rapoport wrote.

Cooper, 30, who was acquired in a trade with the Cleveland Browns on October 15, was included on last week's inactives list ahead of the Bills' win against the Miami Dolphins. The veteran receiver recorded five receptions for 69 yards and one touchdowns in two appearances for the Bills since the trade, while rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman -- who is also ruled out for Week 10 -- and third-year receiver Khalil Shakir both saw an increase in productivity while sharing the field with him.

The Bills are Cooper's third NFL team in the last four seasons, having been acquired by the Browns in 2022 as part of an offseason trade with the Dallas Cowboys. The former University of Alabama standout was selected by the then-Oakland Raiders at No. 4 overall in the 2015 NFL Draft and has been selected as a Pro Bowler five times, at least once with all three franchise, including last season.

Cooper did, however, see his production dip in 2024, having been limited to 24 receptions for 250 yards and two touchdowns through his first six games amid Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson's struggles prior to the trade.
