Need a reason to take that Mental Health day? HERE YOU GO!

Lately, my stress has gone through the roof. Panic attacks, sleepless nights, ... all of it. And the weird thing is, it started while I was on vacation.

Not sure what's happening there... but I'm back in therapy, working on it. Working on me.

But hey... what about you? Have you ever taken a "mental health" day. If you are feeling stressed, burned out, or just have no joy... it's TIME!

Here are a few reasons to make it happen sooner rather than later.
