Mix 989's Gary Rivers Interviews Terry Shaffer with Columbiana County's "Joy of Christmas" Holiday Light Display, held each year at the Ice Castle in the Harvey S Firestone Recreational Park. The event features more than one million lights on 80+ displays. This year it begins for the public on November 19 and goes through December. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, there are many new precautions in place, but the drive-through event will still be held -- and Kids can still visit with Santa in a safe way.
